1. Admission and Registration Fees

1.1. A one-time admission fee is required upon enrolment and is non-refundable.
1.2. A separate registration fee is applicable for new students, payable at the time of admission.

3.1. Laboratory Fees: Applicable for programs involving practical lab sessions. The amount will vary based on the specific course requirements.
3.2. Library Fees: Annual fees for access to library resources.
3.3. Examination Fees: Charged per semester, covering external examination expenses.
3.4. Miscellaneous Fees: Additional charges, such as for ID cards, extracurricular activities, or study materials, may apply.

  1. Payment Schedule and Methods

4.1. Payments can be made via:

  • Bank deposits to the designated institute account.
  • Online transfers.
  • In-person payments at the finance office.
    4.2. Late payments will incur a penalty of 5% on the outstanding amount for every month of delay.
    4.3. Fee receipts must be retained for future reference.
    1. Refund Policy

    5.1. Admission Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
    5.2. Tuition Fees: Refunds are allowed based on the following schedule:

    • 100% refund if withdrawal is before classes begin. (Except University registration fee, University shares and College Admission Fee)
    • 50% refund if withdrawal is within the first two weeks of the semester.
    • No refund after two weeks of the semester.

    5.3. Other Fees: Non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

    1. Scholarships and Discounts

    6.1. Scholarships based on merit or financial need may be offered. Eligibility and application criteria will be outlined separately.
    6.2. Sibling discounts may be available for families with more than one student enrolled.
    6.3. Discounts are not applicable to admission or registration fees.

    1. Fee Revision

    7.1. The institute reserves the right to revise the fee structure annually.
    7.2. Students will be informed at least three months prior to any changes in fees.

    1. Default in Payment

    8.1. Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in:

    • Suspension from classes or exams.
    • Withholding of examination results or certificates.
    • Cancellation of admission in extreme cases.

    8.2. Students facing financial difficulties must contact the finance office to discuss possible arrangements.

    1. Grievances and Queries

    9.1. Any fee-related grievances or queries should be directed to the finance office during working hours.

    9.2. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with institute policies and governing laws.
